Several Prime warframes have been vaulted, which means they no longer are in the drop tables. Warframes awarded from quests (see "Warframes (Quest)" section) should be kept unless there is an available primed version within reach, because the quest warframes can never be acquired again (Digital Extremes is looking to change this at some point). Warframes to keep are ones you find fun and/or are useful. In that case, it will be important to increase warframe slot capacity.
There are so many warframes and I'm sure you'll be interested in at least several. However, some of them are and they are listed in the "Weapons" section. Most of the lower rank weapons are not worth keeping.
